In my career as a paralegal and legal assistant, I have worked with various court reporting firms, including, but not limited to, Veritext, Heff Court Reporting, e-Litigation, and Barkley Court Reporters. For the past few years now, when scheduling a reporter for a deposition, a court hearing, or a trial, I only call or email CCROLA. Frank, Mark, and Susie, among others, are extremely helpful and considerate when scheduling, especially last-minute requests – as opposed to the treatment I have received when calling a big court reporting mill. Further, I have never encountered a problem with the turnaround time on a transcript. Lastly, as zealous advocates, one must consider the client’s costs, and I know firsthand that CCROLA’s rates are competitive in comparison to big businesses such as Veritext.
